1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales, purchases, and transactions made with Top Tools & Machineries (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
By purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products
We supply tools, machinery, equipment, and related accessories.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.
Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance and may slightly vary from actual items.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Errors in pricing are subject to correction.
Delivery charges (if applicable) are separate unless agreed otherwise.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only upon full payment or agreed deposit.
We accept cash, M-Pesa, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
For special orders, a deposit may be required before procurement.
Goods remain the property of Top Tools & Machineries until full payment is received.
5. Delivery & Collection
Customers may collect goods from our store at Goodhope Plaza, River Rd.
Delivery services may be arranged at an additional cost.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery or collection.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The product is unused and in original packaging.
Return is made within 7 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is provided.
We do not accept returns for:
Used machinery or tools.
Electrical items once installed or used.
Special order items.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Warranty
Products are covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable.
Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
Customers are responsible for following manufacturer usage instructions.

8. Liability
Top Tools & Machineries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
Customers assume responsibility for proper use and safe handling of tools and machinery.
Professional installation is recommended for technical equipment.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Special or custom orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
Cancellation fees may apply.
10. Privacy
Customer information provided during transactions is used strictly for order processing, communication, and business records.
We do not share customer data with third parties except as required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
Any disputes shall be resolved within Kenyan jurisdiction.
