1. Overview

At Top Tools & Machineries, we are committed to supplying quality tools and machinery.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns may be accepted under the conditions outlined below.


2. Return Eligibility

A product may be returned if:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of purchase.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included.

  • A valid receipt or invoice is presented.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approval.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed machinery.

  • Electrical or electronic tools once powered or installed.

  • Custom or special-order items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective).


4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.

  • Provide proof of purchase and clear photos (if applicable).

If confirmed as defective (not due to misuse), we will:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace it (subject to availability), or

  • Offer a refund at our discretion.

Manufacturer warranty terms may apply.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.

  • Delivery or transport charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be allowed for:

  • Incorrect size/specification purchased.

  • Product upgrade (customer pays the price difference).

Exchange approval is subject to product condition and availability.

To initiate a return:

    • Receipt/invoice number

    • Product details

    • Reason for return

  3. Bring the item to our store at:

Return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.


8. Right to Refuse Returns

Top Tools & Machineries reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
